Abstract

employees using AI involves leveraging technology to understand individual strengths,
aspirations, and learning styles. AI can analyze vast amounts of data, including performance
metrics, skill assessments, and personal preferences, to tailor career trajectories. By employing
AI algorithms, companies can offer personalized training modules and suggest relevant courses
or skill-building activities aligned with an employee's career goals. Additionally, this technology
can identify patterns in successful career progressions within the organization, assisting in
designing effective promotion strategies based on merit and potential. The benefits extend to
employees, empowering them with tailored guidance for career advancement. It fosters a sense
of belonging and motivation by demonstrating that the organization values their growth and
invests in their professional journey. However, it's crucial to maintain transparency and ethical
