Abstract

Poultry farming plays a crucial role in fulfilling the increasing demand for eggs and meat. However, many farms
still depend on traditional practices such as manual record-keeping and visual inspection, which often delay
problem detection. This results in higher mortality rates, increased feed costs, and reduced productivity. Essential
farm operations like feed scheduling, vaccination tracking, and production monitoring are mostly reactive,
limiting early intervention.
This project proposes an AI-based prediction and alert system for poultry farms that leverages data such as feed
intake, growth patterns, production levels, and mortality records. Machine learning models analyze both historical
and real-time farm data to identify patterns and predict potential risks. The system forecasts disease outbreaks,
mortality trends, feed inefficiencies, growth abnormalities, and production outcomes in advance. Based on these
predictions, timely alerts are generated and sent to farmers, enabling proactive decision-making.
The proposed system enhances farm efficiency, reduces losses, and supports data-driven poultry management
through early warning and intelligent prediction mechanisms.
