Abstract

The Food Impact Analyzer is a web-based application designed to evaluate the health impact and environmental 
sustainability of food choices. The primary objective of the system is to support informed dietary decision-making 
by helping users understand the nutritional value, calorie content, and overall food impact analysis of different 
items.The application allows users to select food items and instantly view their health effects, presented through 
a simple and user-friendly interface. The system is developed using modern web technologies, ensuring efficiency, 
responsiveness, and usability. The frontend interface provides an interactive experience, while the backend system 
processes user inputs and performs accurate data analysis and computation.A structured database management 
system is used to store and manage food nutrition data effectively. The system ensures fast response time, reliable 
output, and accurate results. It also promotes healthy eating awareness, encouraging users toward balanced diets 
and responsible consumption patterns.The application is suitable for individuals focused on health monitoring, 
diet planning, and lifestyle improvement. It is scalable, allowing future enhancements such as AI-based 
recommendations, personalized diet plans, and sustainability scoring.Overall, the Food Impact Analyzer
